For its Netherlands based office, our client, an international Financial Services structure, is currently looking for a: Depositary Services Senior Officer (m/f) Responsibilities Client Work • Completion and review of depositary activities for your own funds including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight tasks according to the A to Z model • You manage the work programs for your funds in such way that you meet the internal and external client deadlines • Liaising with the client service directors and team leads to build strong relationships with clients • You keep up to date with relevant AIFMD, Wft or other relevant legislations and you have these legislations in mind when processing your tasks • Participate actively in client meetings • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective • Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators • Preparing relevant documentation for notification of new funds to regulator Internal work/projects • Support local and regional management • Preparation of local regulatory reporting • Participate in projects when this is requested • Follow all relevant internal trainings in time Profile • At least 4 years of relevant experience • Client focused attitude; will keep the interests of the client in mind and pro-actively contact client when needed • Fluent in English and strong level in Dutch • A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team • You take ownership of iss...
