The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. For our Supply Chain Organization, supporting our Developing Countries & Travel Retail business, we are looking to recruit a Logistics Specialist, starting as soon as possible. The Logistics Specialist is a key position in the Supply Chain Organization. He/she will be part of a dynamic and international team in a fast-growing company in Luxembourg and reports directly to the Team Manager Logistics, which requires a high degree of interaction with both internal affiliates and external trading partners and logistics service providers. Main responsibilities: Manage and review all shipping terms and INCOTERMS for all partner & supplier contracts Product transport and logistics throughout a widespread network including overseas. Track, manage, and execute on inbound/outbound, import/export, as well as distribution/freight logistics. Rate requests and management with transportation vendors such as ocean carriers, rail, trucking companies. Contract management and amendments. Work with shippers to execute bookings and prepare Export documentation Communicate with Custom Brokers and ensure proper custom tariff classification Close collaboration with Demand Planning & Customer Service Perform other duties as assigned. Requested Profile: Technically trained and experienced in export logistics (Forwarding & Logistics Services) Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on international logistics work experience Demonstrated effective problem solving and project management skills. Demonstrated systems proficiency with MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience a plus. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
