# LOVOL France – Regional Service Manager / After-Sales Service Engineer

**Location: Northern France / Normandy / Hauts-de-France**

**Position: Full-time**

1. About LOVOL

With the rapid development of LOVOL's business in France, we are looking for an experienced **Regional Service Manager / After-Sales Service Engineer** based in or near Northern France or Normandy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tractor technical support, after-sales service, spare parts management, dealer technical support and customer relationship management in the French market.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about agricultural machinery, has strong technical and field-service capabilities, and is willing to join a Chinese company and work effectively in a multicultural, Chinese-French business environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Technical Service and Troubleshooting

* Provide technical and after-sales support for LOVOL tractors in the French market.

* Diagnose and repair **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, powertrain and software-related issues**.

* Provide technical support for **high-horsepower tractors, CVT and Power Shift transmissions**.

* Diagnose problems involving engines, transmissions, rear axles, hydraulic systems, PTO systems, electronic control systems and CAN-BUS networks.

* Analyze and resolve complex, difficult and recurring technical problems.

* Travel to dealers and end customers when on-site technical support or repairs are required.

* Provide technical guidance and training to dealer service technicians.

* Work closely with LOVOL's China-based R&D, Product and Service teams to report technical issues and support product improvements.

2.2 Regional After-Sales Service Management

* Support the development and management of LOVOL's regional after-sales service network in France.

* Manage and support the after-sales activities of regional dealers.

* Follow up customer complaints, repair cases and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

* Establish and maintain a database of technical problems, troubleshooting cases and repair solutions.

* Provide market feedback and technical improvement recommendations to LOVOL headquarters in China.

* Support the development of after-sales service standards, repair procedures and technical guidelines for the French market.

2.3 Spare Parts and Service Management

* Forecast regional spare parts requirements and coordinate inventory and supply.

* Coordinate urgent spare parts requirements from dealers and customers.

* Establish a list of critical spare parts and ensure adequate stock for high-frequency failures.

* Handle emergency spare parts requests in the French market and minimize customer downtime.

* Maintain close communication with LOVOL's spare parts team in China to accelerate problem resolution.

* Participate in the development of LOVOL's regional service and spare parts management system in France.

2.4 Customer and Dealer Relationship Management

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with French dealers, farmers and key customers.

* Respond quickly and professionally to customer technical and after-sales requirements.

* Handle major customer complaints and urgent after-sales cases.

* Improve customer satisfaction and strengthen LOVOL's professional brand image in France.

* Support the sales team with customer visits, product demonstrations and marketing events.

3. Candidate Requirements

Education

* Bachelor's degree or above.

* Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Machinery, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field**.

* Educational background in agricultural machinery or engineering equipment is preferred.

### Professional Experience

* At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service within the agricultural machinery industry.**

* Experience with major international agricultural machinery brands is highly preferred.

* At least 3 years of experience in regional after-sales service and spare parts system management is preferred.

* Solid knowledge of tractors, combine harvesters or other agricultural machinery.

* Experience in servicing **CVT or Power Shift tractors** is highly preferred.

* Experience with high-horsepower tractors is a strong advantage.

### Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in agricultural machinery repair and troubleshooting, particularly:

* CVT transmission systems

* Power Shift transmission systems

* Engine and powertrain systems

* Mechanical transmission systems

* Hydraulic systems

* Electrical and electronic control systems

* CAN-BUS systems and diagnostics

* Tractor software and electronic control systems

* Diagnostic equipment and service tools

The candidate should be able to independently diagnose complex technical problems, carry out repairs and provide technical guidance to dealer service technicians.

Service and Management Skills

* Experience in **cross-regional after-sales service and spare parts management**.

* Strong customer relationship management skills.

* Ability to respond quickly to customer and dealer emergencies.

* Strong field problem-solving and coordination skills.

* Ability to assess problems quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure.

* Excellent communication, organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.

Language Requirements

* **Fluent English for professional communication.**

* Good knowledge of technical English terminology related to agricultural machinery, mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems and maintenance.

* Ability to read and understand technical manuals, service manuals and technical documentation in English.

* **French-English bilingual skills are highly preferred.**

* Knowledge of Chinese or previous experience working with a Chinese company is an advantage.
