If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.Some of the exciting things that you will get to do!Own and manage the end-to-end inventory planning process for Shark & Ninja brands across our DTC channels in Western European marketsDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our owned eCommerce sites in collaboration with the DTC/eCommerce, marketing, and finance teamsMonitor inventory levels, stock health, and sell-through performance on our DTC platforms, proactively flagging risks of overstock or stockoutsPartner with supply chain and fulfilment/logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock allocation to support DTC demandSupport NPD (new product development) launches by ensuring inventory readiness and phase-in/phase-out planning for direct launchesAnalyse DTC sales trends, seasonality, promotional impact, and market-specific dynamics to refine planning assumptionsWork closely with the performance marketing and trading teams to align inventory plans with promotional calendars and campaign activityReport on key DTC inventory KPIs (e.g., stock cover, fill rate, aged inventory, forecast accuracy, out-of-stock rate) to senior stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve DTC-specific planning processes, tools, and cross-functional ways of workingSupport in the coordination of promotional and seasonal event planning (such as Black Friday) from an inventory readiness perspectiveCollaborate with finance on inventory-related budgeting, working capital, and cost management for the DTC businessMonitor competitor DTC strategies and market trends to inform planning strategySome of the things that you'll bring to the role:Extensive experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management within a DTC or eCommerce businessStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plansExperience working with ERP, planning, and eCommerce/OMS systemsA great communicator with experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholdersHighly commercial and results driven, with strong attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA team player who promotes collaboration across markets and functionsAbility to multitask and prioritise, ensuring multiple deadlines are met at any given timeA motivated self-starter who is proactive, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quoFluency in English required; proficiency in French and/or other Western European languages is a plusPrior experience planning inventory for an owned/direct eCommerce channel (as opposed to wholesale/retail) is highly advantageous#LI-HYBRIDOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
