Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager - Trust/Fiduciary - Luxembourg

We are looking for a Senior Accountant for our client in Luxembourg - company which provides administration, accounting, tax and business consulting services for commercial and holding companies in Luxembourg. This is a well established firm going through a period of growth! Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of accounting, LuxGAAP, is capable of independently doing daily bookkeeping, preparing interim and annual accounts, financial statements, filings with RCS and eCDF and simple tax declarations. Responsibilities: Taking care of day-to-day accounting of Luxembourg financial, real-estate, holding and commercial companies Preparation of interim and annual accounts Preparation of financial statements Filing annual accounts with the eCDF and RCS platforms Drafting tax declarations Keeping track of deadlines for statutory filings.
