About ZNTH
ZNTH is a Paris-rooted cultural association creating opportunities for emerging creatives through cultural events, programmes, storytelling and community connections.
The opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, organised communications volunteer to help shape and coordinate how ZNTH communicates with its audiences.
You'll collaborate with our Founder & Creative Director, art direction and content production contributors to develop clear, consistent and engaging communications across our channels.
This role combines communications planning with hands-on coordination and execution.
What you'll contribute
- Help develop communications plans for ZNTH's programmes, events and initiatives.
- Coordinate editorial calendars, social media schedules and campaign timelines.
- Develop messaging, captions, newsletters and promotional copy.
- Translate campaign objectives into clear briefs for creative contributors.
- Organise content reviews, approvals, publishing and follow-ups.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to content and distribution.
- Help maintain consistency in ZNTH's voice, messaging and audience experience.
- Coordinate communication priorities and collaborate with other volunteers.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in communications, social media, digital marketing, content strategy or brand marketing.
- Strong writing, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Comfort working with content calendars, collaborative tools and basic performance reporting.
- Interest in contemporary culture, emerging creatives and nonprofit initiatives.
Experience coordinating campaigns, creative contributors or a small communications team is particularly welcome.
Practical details
This is an unpaid, part-time volunteer opportunity with remote collaboration.
Please share examples of relevant campaigns or communications work, your availability and the channels or disciplines you know best.
