Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines - 1 Junior / 1 Senior - Luxembourg

Description - Gérer l'administration du personnel, de l'embauche à la sortie : contrats, avenants, dossiers salariés, attestations - Préparer les éléments variables de paie et faire le lien avec le prestataire ou le service paie - Assurer le suivi des absences, congés, maladies et déclarations CCSS - Participer au processus de recrutement et à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs - Suivre le plan de formation et les entretiens annuels - Tenir à jour l'outil RH et produire le reporting RH (tableaux de bord, indicateurs) - Conseiller les managers et les collaborateurs sur les questions RH et le droit du travail luxembourgeois - Pour le profil senior : piloter des projets RH (politique de rémunération, process), accompagner les managers sur les dossiers sensibles et, le cas échéant, encadrer un junior Prérequis - Formation supérieure en ressources humaines, droit social ou équivalent - Junior : 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion RH ou administration du personnel (stages et alternances compris) - Senior : au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement au Luxembourg - Bonne connaissance du droit du travail luxembourgeois - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel en ...
