BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Role Overview

As a Dealer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the execution of BYD’s marketing strategy across the dealer network in France.

This is a field-oriented role focused on ensuring high-quality implementation of brand standards at dealership level and continuously improving showroom traffic and sales conversion performance.

The position involves close collaboration with dealer groups, as well as coordination with internal Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate marketing execution across BYD’s dealer network in France, ensuring full alignment with brand standards and national strategy.

• Build and monitor quarterly marketing plans with dealer groups, ensuring effective local activation and traffic generation.

• Implement national marketing campaigns at dealership level, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, retail standards and customer experience.

• Follow up on local sales events and retail activations, supervising execution quality and optimizing performance.

• Track key performance indicators (traffic, leads, test drives) and provide structured analysis and improvement recommendations.

• Conduct regular dealership visits across France to ensure brand compliance, execution quality and stronger collaboration with the network.

• Coordinate closely with internal Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, retail activation or field marketing.

• Fluent French (minimum C1 required).

• Experience in automotive industry or dealer network environment is a strong plus.

• Strong field orientation and willingness to travel regularly across France.

• Results-driven, well-organized and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Basic data analysis capability to evaluate marketing performance.
