Workplace Strategy & Experience

• Develop and implement a long-term workplace strategy aligned with company values
• Manage the reorganization and optimization of workplace environments to accommodate growth
• Oversee the design, digitalization, and homogenization of workplace experiences across all sites
• Lead transformation projects, including the refurbishment of communal spaces and creating a cohesive experience for employees and visitors

Travel Management

• Formulate and oversee the group's travel strategy
• Ensure effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments such as HR, Sales, and Education
• Promote a human-centered approach, ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being

Project Management

• Drive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization
• Align workplace initiatives with the company's strategic roadmap
• Manage budgets and ensure project milestones are met

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the HR team to integrate workplace strategies with HR processes
• Coordinate with the Real Estate department to ensure the alignment of physical spaces with company growth
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing workplace environments and travel strategies, ideally within a multi-site setup
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving and implementing transformation projects
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments
• Experience with digital tools and platforms to enhance workplace and travel management
