About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Monetization Manager to drive ad revenue growth across our in-house portfolio. You will own placements, formats, frequency, and capping decisions, manage mediation setup end-to-end, and continuously diagnose and fix eCPM and ad ARPDAU drops. This role sits at the intersection of monetization strategy and hands-on execution — you’ll balance ad load against retention and run structured A/B tests to keep pushing revenue forward.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Own and grow ad revenue across the in-house portfolio
Manage placements, formats, frequency capping, and ad load strategy
Configure and optimize mediation setup: network mix, waterfall structure, bidding, and floor prices
Diagnose and resolve eCPM and ad ARPDAU drops across geos and segments
Balance ad monetization pressure against user retention
Design and run A/B tests on monetization strategies and settings
What is important for us in a person?
3+ years of experience in ad monetization for mobile games, with live projects and real traffic
Hands-on experience with mediation platforms: AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay, AdMob, or similar
Strong working knowledge of waterfall, bidding, floor prices, and geo-based segmentation
Solid understanding of f2p economics: LTV, retention, ARPDAU, UA payback
Business-oriented, hypothesis-driven approach to decision-making — always weighing impact against effort/cost
Good understanding of how mobile games work from a product and player perspective
