Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Market Access for France to develop and execute country-specific reimbursement and access strategies for oncology therapies. The role involves HTA dossier preparation, payer negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with broader European market access objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market access strategies for oncology products within French healthcare system
- Lead preparation and submission of HTA value dossiers and pricing negotiation with statutory payers
- Build and maintain relationships with key payers, HTA authorities, and policy stakeholders
- Align local access strategy with European and corporate objectives through collaboration with regional teams
- Lead or build market access team including coaching, performance management, and talent development
Requirements
- Extensive market access experience in European oncology or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated expertise in HTA submissions, pricing strategy, and reimbursement negotiations
- Strong knowledge of French healthcare system, payers, and regulatory processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in French and English required
- Track record of successful product launch support and access strategy execution
