The European HVAC Digital Marketing Innovation Specialist is responsible for strengthening the European digital marketing ecosystem by driving operational excellence, digital platform adoption, CRM and lead management, data-driven marketing, and AI-enabled innovation. This role ensures the successful deployment and adoption of HQ-led digital platforms and digital transformation initiatives across Europe while enabling local subsidiaries to maximize marketing effectiveness through standardized processes, automation, customer insights, and emerging AI capabilities. Working closely with HQ Digital Marketing, European Marketing, Sales, IT and external partners, this position bridges regional business needs with global digital strategies to deliver scalable, secure and compliant digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement and business performance.

Key roles and responsibilities

Digital Ecosystem & Global Platform Adoption

• Manage and continuously improve the European marketing technology ecosystem.
• Drive the adoption, deployment and optimization of HQ-led digital platforms, including LG.com, PIM, PDP, DAM and other marketing technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms across Europe.
• Act as the bridge between European business requirements and HQ digital initiatives, balancing local needs with global standards and governance.
• Collaborate with HQ, IT teams and external partners to identify scalable digital improvements and future technology opportunities.
• Simplify workflows, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience through digital innovation.

CRM, Lead Management & Data Governance

• Own and continuously optimize the European Lead Management Platform, ensuring efficient lead capture, assignment, nurturing, tracking and reporting across all markets.
• Define and harmonize CRM and lead management processes, from lead generation through qualification and sales handover, in collaboration with HQ and local subsidiaries.
• Ensure seamless integration between Lead Management Platform, CRM and other marketing technologies.
• Monitor platform adoption, data quality, customer behavior and lead performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop data-driven CRM marketing capabilities by integrating customer behavior, history and performance data into marketing execution.
• Ensure alignment with HQ data governance, reporting standards, GDPR and corporate compliance requirements.
• Provide governance, training and best practices to subsidiaries to ensure consistent and compliant execution.

Performance Measurement & Business Intelligence

• Define, monitor and continuously improve digital marketing KPIs across channels and platforms.
• Build standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned with HQ performance measurement standards.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, lead quality and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Deliver actionable business insights and strategic recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, ROI and business decision-making.

AI, Automation & Digital Innovation

• Champion the adoption of HQ-led AI, marketing automation and agent-based initiatives across Europe.
• Identify, pilot and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, customer engagement and marketing performance.
• Drive adoption of AI tools supporting content creation, personalization, workflow automation, knowledge management and decision-making.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI Search, GEO, intelligent automation, conversational experiences and predictive analytics.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with LG security, governance and compliance standards.

Regional Enablement & Change Management

• Act as the key digital transformation partner between HQ and European subsidiaries.
• Lead change management initiatives to accelerate adoption of new digital platforms, AI capabilities and standardized marketing processes.
• Share best practices, success stories and governance frameworks across European markets.
• Collaborate closely with HQ Digital Marketing, CRM and related organizations to deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology partners and agencies to ensure successful implementation of regional digital projects.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, CRM, Marketing Technology or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and managing enterprise digital platforms within an international organization.
• Strong understanding of CRM, lead management, marketing automation and customer data management.
• Experience leveraging customer data and analytics to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
• Knowledge of digital performance measurement, dashboards, attribution models and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, marketing automation and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data governance and digital compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across HQ, regional and local organizations.
• Strong change management, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance local business needs with global standards and governance.
• Fluent in English; other European languages will be an added value.
