The Caribbean and Indian Ocean department is currently looking for an HR Trainee to be based in our Gestagua office, in Madrid.
Your missions :
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)
- Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
- Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
- Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
- Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.
- Fluent in both English and French. Spanish appreciated.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
