Stakha est à la recherche d'un·e Founding Sales pour rejoindre une startup les plus en vue de la vague "commerce agentique" en Europe. Ils permettent aux marques de vendre directement dans les interfaces conversationnelles - ChatGPT et consorts.
La boîte a levé 7M€ en seed (soit l'une des plus grosses levées de fonds d'Europe à ce stage), compte déjà plusieurs centaines de marques clientes et accélère son développement en France, au UK & aux US.
Les ventes sont aujourd'hui encore réalisées par les fondateurs.

- Être responsable de tout le cycle de vente, de la prospection au closing

- Avoir un vrai impact sur le développement d'un nouveau canal de distribution

Ce que tu feras :
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires auprès des marques et agences médias
- Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vente : prospection, qualification, démo, négociation et closing
- Construire avec le CEO les playbooks commerciaux et la stratégie outbound
- Développer des partenariats stratégiques avec l'écosystème média
- Remonter les feedbacks marché au CEO et aux équipes Produit
- Piloter ton activité par les KPIs et contribuer directement aux objectifs de revenus
Profil recherché :
- 4 à 8 ans d'expérience en Sales / Business Development dans les médias, l'AdTech, le digital, le marketplace ou l'e-commerce
- Expérience solide en vente B2B full-cycle
- À l'aise avec la prospection, la démo et le closing
- Très bonne culture quantitative et pilotage par les chiffres
- Forte appétence pour l'IA et utilisation concrète des outils IA dans son quotidien
- Anglais professionnel
- Un réseau dans l'écosystème média / régies / agences
