Field Application Engineer

Tasks

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters and battery storage systems promptly and efficiently.

• Customer Support:

- Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of solar inverters and battery systems.

- Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Compliance and Safety:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments and ensuring safe working practices.

- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.

- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, faults, and any corrective actions taken.

Requirements

• Experience with solar inverters and battery storage systems.
