Role Overview
A senior leadership role combining sales management, business development, and team leadership. You will drive the growth of a well-established, profitable Singapore office, managing key client relationships across interior designers, architects, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and expand the local sales team

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow market share in Singapore

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the design, architectural, and hospitality community

• Manage key accounts and high-value projects from specification to completion

• Work closely with Headquarters to align on brand and commercial objectives

• Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team expands

Profil recherché

Requirements

• Extensive experience in home furnishing fabrics, wallcoverings, leather, or related luxury interior products

• Proven network within Singapore’s design and project community

• Track record in leading and developing a sales team

• Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L or business growth responsibility

• Singapore-based or valid working rights

Compensation

• Competitive base salary + commission

• Transport and related allowances
