Lead a growing business operations field partnership team that helps regional sales leaders turn business insight into focused execution and sustainable growth.

You will partner with three regional VPs across Northern, Central and Southern Europe, supporting approximately 50–60 account executives. You will develop the team’s ability to advise leaders, solve commercial problems and drive action.

Global Revenue Operations provides pipeline analytics and business insight. Your team will translate those insights into regional priorities, practical interventions and measurable results, with clear ownership and consistent follow-through.

You will also work closely with GTM Systems, gathering feedback from sellers and sales leaders to identify process gaps and opportunities for AI and automation that reduce manual work and help teams move faster.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the team. Coach and prioritize the work of a growing business operations field partnership team, with clear regional coverage, accountability and development plans.

2. Partner with regional leadership. Translate EMEA growth objectives into quarterly priorities, market focus, account coverage and resource allocation.

3. Own territory planning and execution. Lead territory design, rollout and ongoing management with Sales and global RevOps; align account allocation to market potential, seller capacity and ramp, and resolve coverage gaps.

4. Drive capacity and quota planning. Partner with Sales, Finance and global RevOps on headcount, capacity and regional quotas; translate plans into territory targets and track attainment.

5. Shape regional pipeline targets. Advocate for pipeline creation and coverage targets with Sales, Marketing and global RevOps; track progress and drive recovery plans where gaps emerge.

6. Run the regional operating cadence. Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews that produce decisions, owners and deadlines; track performance, escalate blockers and close out actions.

7. Strengthen forecast discipline. Challenge assumptions with sales leaders and managers, inspect changes and surface risks, slippage and upside early.

8. Turn insight into action. Interpret global analytics in regional context, diagnose root causes, agree interventions and measure results. Feed field context and unanswered questions back to global RevOps.

9. Improve productivity through AI and automation. Gather seller and leadership feedback, prioritize opportunities with GTM Systems, define requirements, pilot improvements and measure adoption, time saved and execution speed.

10. Deliver cross-functional change. Represent EMEA in global initiatives and coordinate regional adoption with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement and GTM Systems. Equip managers to embed improvements in daily execution.

Must-haves

• Experience leading and developing sales operations, revenue operations or commercial business partnership teams.

• A track record of translating analysis into action and measurable results.

• Credibility with senior sales leaders and the ability to influence decisions without formal authority.

• Strong commercial judgment across territories, capacity, quotas, pipeline, forecasting and seller productivity.

• Experience delivering cross-functional improvements in a growing B2B technology business.
