We’re on the hunt for an Acquisition Intern who will support the expansion of Cohabs across Spain. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:

What you'll be doing

• Opportunity Scout: Source investment opportunities across Madrid and Valencia by developing and nurturing relationships with brokers, lawyers, and other key partners. You'll help identify both on-market and off-market opportunities that align with Cohabs’ growth strategy.
• Deal Coordinator: Support acquisition processes from initial discussions through closing. Coordinate due diligence efforts, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Investment Analyst: Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, market analyses, and supporting materials to be presented before the Investment Committee. Your work will directly contribute to key investment decisions.
• Negotiation Support: Assist in reviewing and negotiating acquisition terms and conditions while coordinating with all parties involved throughout the transaction process.
• Strategy Contributor: Work closely with acquisition and investment teams across other Cohabs markets to help shape future acquisition and investment strategies.

What we're looking for

• You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building meaningful professional relationships. You communicate confidently and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• You have excellent attention to detail, strong critical thinking abilities, and enjoy evaluating opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• You are familiar with real estate fundamentals and can easily understand floor plans, identify opportunities for optimization, and assess property potential.
• You are comfortable working with numbers, financial analyses, and Excel. Building models and supporting investment decisions excites you.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working alongside colleagues from different backgrounds and markets.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, take initiative naturally, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and drive better results.
