Technology & Product CommercializationDrive introduction of new technologies and products (especially composites and advanced materials)Collaborate with R&D and Product Development to prioritize and accelerate projectsLead opportunities through the full lifecycle until commercialization / first ordersSupport development of business cases, product strategies, and value propositionsParticipate in innovation pipelines and product committees (PDP/MDP) 4. Strategic Planning & DiversificationContribute to and execute EMEA diversification and growth strategiesIdentify new markets, business models, and applications beyond core segmentsSupport selection of lead customers for validation of new solutionsEnsure alignment between commercial strategy and technical development 5.
