About the Role The Associate Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team in the Paris office. This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, trainee lawyers, and associates in a high-activity environment requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach. This role will be located in our Paris office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Responsibilities & Qualifications Other key responsibilities include:Screening applications, including CVs and cover letters, and identifying relevant practice groupsManaging candidate communications in line with the firm's standards, while handling confidential information with discretionCoordinating interview schedules with candidates, lawyers, and internal stakeholders, and following up to ensure timely feedbackPreparing and issuing internship offers, and supporting onboarding processMaintaining recruiting tracking tools and candidate databases accurately and consistentlySupporting employer branding initiatives and academic partnerships, including coordination with law schools and other recruiting contactsPromoting effective work practices, and working as a team memberWe'd love to hear from you if you:Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindsetPossess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-activity environmentDemonstrate a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism when handling sensitive informationAnd have:Experience in recruitment, preferably in a law firm environmentA bachelor's or master's degree in HR, law, business, or a related field, or an equivalent qualificationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and EnglishExperience utilising an application tracking system to manage and track recruitment processes Benefits & Additional Information Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
