En tant que Field Application Specialist H/F , vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer le support technique et applicatif des solutions auprès des clients ;
- Former les utilisateurs sur les produits et leur utilisation optimale ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients ;
- Effectuer des démonstrations produits et des présentations techniques ;
- Gérer les retours clients et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits en remontant les retours terrain ;
- Rédiger des rapports techniques et assurer une communication régulière avec les équipes internes.
Profil recherché:
Le profil recherché :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine scientifique, technique
- Vous disposez d'une expertise technique (automates de diagnostic, logiciel, systèmes, notion de connectique de réseau)
- Vous êtes à l'aise pour communiquer et former différents interlocuteurs ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques nécessaires à la gestion et au suivi des projets ;
- Vous avez un niveau d'anglais professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé)
Conditions et Avantages
La rémunération et les avantages sur ce poste sont :
- Salaire annuel brut compris entre 55-60k€ selon expérience
- Variable versé sous forme de bonus en fonction des objectifs fixés
- Contrat à durée indéterminée offrant une stabilité professionnelle ;
