Contexte

Dans le cadre du projet NEOMMA, programme de rénovation et modernisation du métro de Marseille, Parsons recrute un(e) alternant(e) en gestion de projet.

Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique travaillant sur un projet visant à améliorer la mobilité urbaine et l'expérience des usagers.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à un chef de projet, vous participerez activement au pilotage du projet, notamment sur les aspects suivants :

• Suivi de l'avancement du projet (planning)
• Mise à jour des outils de gestion de projet (planning, reporting)
• Préparation et participation aux réunions de coordination
• Rédaction de comptes-rendus et de documents de suivi
• Support à la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes (équipes techniques, clients, industriel)

Profil recherché

• Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac +4 ou Bac +5)
• Spécialisation en gestion de projet, génie civil, transport ou équivalent
• Intérêt pour les projets d'infrastructure et les transports urbains
• Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, idéalement MS Project ou équivalent)
• Rigueur, organisation et esprit d'analyse
• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe
• Une première expérience en gestion de projet (stage ou alternance) est un plus

Parsons is looking for a Project Management Apprentice to join the PM team in Marseilles.

You will join a dynamic team working on a project aimed at improving urban mobility and the user experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitoring project progress (schedule)
• Updating project management tools (planning, reporting)
• Preparing and taking part in coordination meetings
• Writing minutes and follow-up documents
• Supporting coordination between the various stakeholders (technical teams, clients, industrial partners)

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Engineering student (fourth- or fifth-year level fourth- or fifth-year level
• Specialization in project management, civil engineering, transport, or equivalent
• Strong interest in infrastructure and urban transport projects
• Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, ideally MS Project, MS Project or equivalent)
• Rigorous, well-organized, with strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Initial experience in project management (internship or apprenticeship) is a plus
