This role combines hands-on development with close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions. The role can be located in Bréal-Sous-Montfort or Paris (France), Eke or Eupen (Belgium). Key Responsibilities Design and develop applications using: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate Dataverse Power BI Tulip Automate business processes and eliminate manual/Excel-based workflows. Business Collaboration (Critical Requirement) Work closely with business stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). Translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Challenge and optimize existing processes before digitizing them. Provide user guidance, documentation, and training. Act as a bridge between IT and business teams. Required Profile Technical Experience 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Experience with Dataverse and data modeling Hands-on experience with Tulip (app building, tables, connectors) Working Style Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset Able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally Comfortable working directly with business users Ownership-driven and solution-oriented Nice to Have Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Knowledge of governance and ALM practices Microsoft Power Platform certifications Azure experience Strong understanding of governance, security, and ALM AI knowledge Tulip experience Education and languages Bachelor's or master's degree (IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience). Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Other requirements Comfortable working in an international environment and across time zones.
