WHAT YO WILL BE DOING

Context

Within Sez Digital Soltions, the Major Projects department brings together experienced Project Directors capable of delivering complex projects in France and internationally, spported by mltidisciplinary teams and developing talent.

The team works on strategic projects aimed at designing and deploying digital soltions (data, software, remote management, IoT) to:

- optimize the management and performance of water and waste services;

- connect and monitor critical infrastrctre;

- leverage data to improve field operations.

In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager / Project Director able to secre exection, strctre complexity, and drive overall project sccess.

Prpose of the Role

Yo are responsible for the overall sccess of major projects, from initial scoping throgh to operational implementation. Beyond project management, yor role is to:

- bring clarity in complex environments
- align stakeholders with sometimes divergent interests
- ensre technical, contractal, and financial commitments are met
- establish strong client relationships

Yo transform complex projects into concrete, operational deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

Project Leadership

- Take fll responsibility for project delivery (cost, timeline, qality, risks)

- Define and lead governance (steering committees, project boards, exective reporting)

- Strctre and secre project trajectories in complex environments

- Ensre compliance with contractal commitments

Management and Coordination

- Lead mltidisciplinary teams (technical, bsiness, partners, sbcontractors)

- Bring together stakeholders withot direct hierarchical athority

- Make decisions and prioritize in demanding contexts

- Create conditions for sstainable collective performance

Financial and Contract Management

-Manage project P&L (margin, bdget, cash flow)

- Anticipate risks and deviations

- Lead contractal changes (amendments, negotiations)

- Contribte to overall financial performance

Cross-fnctional Contribtion

- Participate in pre-sales phases for strategic projects

- Capitalize on lessons learned

- Contribte to improving project management practices

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Edcation
Master's degree (Engineering or eqivalent - Bac+5)
Project management certification is a pls

Experience & Skills
Experience in project management, ideally in complex environments
Good nderstanding of digital environments (software, SCADA, remote management, smart metering, etc.)
Strong knowledge of contractal and financial matters
Experience managing or coordinating mltidisciplinary teams
