Your Responsibilities | Law – Support – Law firm – Secretary – Administrative

• You will manage direct communication through phone calls and emails.
• Drafting documents based on lawyers' instructions will be part of your daily responsibilities.
• You will handle the organization of exciting business trips and prepare all itineraries for the partners and counsels.
• Maintaining internal and external registers will be part of your routine tasks.
• You will organize and manage the lawyer’s diaries.
• Filing documents to ensure the registers remain up to date will also be among your duties.
• Scanning, printing, and filing documents may be required as part of your responsibilities.

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a legal secretary within a law firm in Luxembourg, which is essential for your smooth adaptation to the new environment.
• You are fluent in both English and French , enabling effective communication with your interlocutors.
• To meet deadlines and prioritize your responsibilities efficiently, it is crucial to be dynamic and proactive .
• Being proficient with tools such as MS Office is a must. You will also work with highly advanced tools designed to facilitate repetitive tasks.
