With a growing platform of Corporate Finance professionals and offices across the region, in addition to our global reach and in-depth knowledge across a broad range of industries, we have the breadth and targeted expertise to provide exceptional client service.Houlihan Lokey offers 6-month internship opportunities throughout the year in our Paris office. **Please note that we are currently hiring for January and March 2027 slots only, and all candidates must submit a formal application via Workday in order to be considered for the role.****Responsibilities**This internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside investment bankers in a stimulating environment on M&A advisory assignments for your assigned sector team (across either Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Technology sectors).As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst, assisting in the preparation of materials for clients and conducting market, industry, and company analyses.
