The opportunityJoin a global team, overseeing Mobility Assignment Services for France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Maghreb countries. You will manage both an onshore and offshore team ensuring compliance with global Mobility policies and local legislative requirements, act as a senior adviser aligning Mobility solutions with business and talent priorities and maintain high quality service and operational excellence. Your key responsibilitiesBuilds trusted relationships with regional and cross-functional stakeholders, advising on Mobility strategyOversees all assignment case management for mobility consultants based in France, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.Manages high-touch and Partner-level assignments, maintaining strategic alignment and service excellence.Ensures a positive assignee experience, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in consistency, responsiveness, and quality.Monitors vendor performance and handles escalations to meet service level agreementsProvides coaching and support to mobility consultants, promoting their professional growth and high service standards.Keeps up to date with employment law, immigration, tax, and data privacy compliance, assessing impacts on policy and service delivery.Maintains strong HR knowledge to align recruitment, performance, and employee relations practices with Mobility procedures.Communicates effectively with Mobility leaders, and regional stakeholders on matters affecting Global Mobility.Collaborates with colleagues across regions to recommend and implement regional improvements.Responsible for process rollouts, driving change management, and integrating regional feedback into global initiatives.Due to global nature of the role, willingness to work flexible hours will be requiredSkills and attributes for successYou will have the ability to understand a matrixed organization and communicate effectively to connect our people with each other to drive initiatives forward. You will have knowledge and experience in international mobility at a large multinational firm. You are comfortable handling multi-layered issues and have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively, even in times of ambiguity. You will have strong organizational skills, who is proficient at prioritizing and managing multiple, time-sensitive initiatives simultaneously.
