La mission :

We are currently recruiting Climbing Coaches to offer one-on-one sessions. Whether clients are beginners learning the basics, intermediate climbers improving technique, or advanced climbers working on strength and performance, your guidance will help them progress safely and confidently.

Responsibilities:

Teach climbing techniques, including footwork, grip, balance, and movement
Ensure safety practices and proper use of equipment at all times
Adapt sessions to each client's level, goals, and physical ability
Help clients build strength, endurance, and confidence
Provide constructive feedback to support progress
Manage your own schedule and session planning

Ideal for:

Experienced climbers or certified climbing instructors
Sports or outdoor education students or graduates
Individuals seeking flexible and rewarding freelance coaching opportunities

Le profil :

Strong climbing skills and solid knowledge of climbing techniques
Coaching or teaching experience is an advantage
Good communication skills and a patient, encouraging approach
Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
