- Développer et renforcer l'activité Private Banking à Paris en accompagnant une clientèle fortunée et ultra-fortunée, tout en contribuant à la croissance des revenus et des actifs sous gestion;
- Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires en étroite collaboration avec les différentes entités du groupe, afin de favoriser le développement du portefeuille clients et les synergies internationales;
- Entretenir des relations de haut niveau avec les clients, partenaires et parties prenantes stratégiques, en garantissant une qualité de service irréprochable et une approche conseil sur mesure;
- Piloter et accompagner une équipe dédiée, en favorisant la performance, le développement des talents et l'excellence opérationnelle;
- Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement de la banque privée en Europe et au Moyen-Orient, en lien direct avec le top management du groupe;
- Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires, de conformité et de gouvernance, dans un environnement bancaire international exigeant.
- Fort tempérament commercial et entrepreneurial, démontrant une capacité à développer un portefeuille clients, générer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires et accroître les revenus.;
- Leader reconnu, capable de fédérer et d'accompagner les équipes dans un environnement international exigeant et multiculturel.
