Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Active Sourcing: Du spürst passende Talente auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn auf und sprichst sie direkt und kreativ an
  • Proaktive Mitarbeit am Bewerbermanagement: Du begleitest den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess, koordinierst Interviewtermine und das Reisekostenmanagement
  • Projekte & Employer Branding: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Events und wirkst an diversen Projekten (z.B. Diversity, Artificial Intelligence im Recruiting,etc.)
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
  • Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources wären wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative - Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer proaktiven „Hands-on“-Mentalität
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, liebst eigenverantwortliche Projekte und gehst offen auf Menschen zu
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite wünschenswert
