Your Missions

Technical Management

• Ensure the technical execution of projects
• Support and advice directly farmers in regenerative agriculture transition 
• Soil analysis interpretation 
• Deliver Trainings to 15+ farmers
• Design roadmaps for farmers
• Guarantee the technical and scientific quality of all projects and deliverables
• Organize and oversee the development of tools/methods required for project deployment in collaboration with the R&D department
• Ensure alignment and coherence between your unit’s missions and those of other units and departments within the group

Profile required

Education

• Agronomy engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience or equivalent
• Significant and recognized technical contribution to major projects

Experience

• Proven experience in farmer advice

Technical Skills

• Excellent technical and scientific expertise in your field
• Recognized nationally or internationally (publications, conference invitations…)
• Excellent written and oral scientific communication skills
• Strong technical background in regenerative agriculture, soil fertility, inputs management, tillage and direct seeding strategy
• Hungarian language native

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Autonomy and scientific rigor
• Strong interpersonal skills with farmers, cooperatives, and partners
• Ability to work in project mode and within multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to diverse contexts (farms, crops, countries)
• Commitment to environmental issues and interest in innovation
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Valid driving license (Category B) required
