About the Role We are looking for a Regional AV Sales Manager to drive business growth across France. This is a quota-carrying, field-based sales role with responsibility for growing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening Kramer's presence in the French market. The role combines new business development, account growth, and channel engagement, with a strong focus on identifying and winning new customers. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, developing relationships with end users, consultants, integrators, and partners, and managing opportunities from prospecting through closing. We are looking for a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, commercial drive, and a passion for winning business. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales growth and market expansion across France. • Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities. • Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve sales targets. • Develop relationships with end customers, consultants, integrators, distributors, and channel partners. • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. • Support and expand partner engagement to generate new opportunities. • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce. Required Skills & Experience • Knowledge of professional AV technologies and solutions.
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing a territory and developing customer relationships.
• Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in French and good verbal English.
