VIE - Artificial Intelligence Analyst H/F

The Mudum AI Program aims to transform AI from scattered initiatives into a structured enterprise capability, focused on strategy, governance, training, AI capabilities, and business use cases, aligned with the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group and geared toward efficiency, automation, and innovation.

As part of the Mudum AI Program, the AI Analyst will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of the company’s artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with the Crédit Agricole Assurances Group’s guidelines and with Mudum’s transformation and efficiency goals. The employee will participate in identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing use cases; building business cases; defining roadmaps; tracking AI initiatives; and monitoring the benefits achieved.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the development and evolution of Mudum’s AI
strategy.
• Identify opportunities for using AI across different business and support areas.
• Prepare feasibility analyses, business cases, and benefit estimates.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Support the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance mechanisms related to the use of AI.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams, as well as external partners, in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Monitor market trends, Group initiatives, and technological developments in the field of AI.
• Produce executive presentations, progress reports, and metrics on adoption and value generated.
• Contribute to AI-related training, communication, and 
change management initiatives.
• Support the identification and dissemination of best practices and success stories.

  Qualification :
  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Management, economics, or related fields.

  Compétences recherchées

  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and process automation.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, process design, and organizational transformation.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and the interpretation of performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop business cases and conduct economic and financial analyses.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks applied to AI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector is preferred.

  Outils informatiques

  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  • Microsoft Copilot.
  • Digital collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or equivalent tools will be valued.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools is a plus.
