AI & Business Analyst / Consultant (Remote Internship)

At SCALEUP.house - in the past 90 days, we've automated client reporting workflows, built live BI dashboards for scale-up founders, and developed AI-driven market research pipelines. Now we need someone to help us do more of it, faster.

This is a real internship with real client deliverables. You won't be making coffee or observing from the sidelines. After 3-6 months, you'll have a live BI dashboard in your portfolio used by our clients - and the know-how to build the next one yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• AI-second execution: Use GenAI tools daily to streamline research, automate workflows, and sharpen analytical output - but start with your mind in the first step!
• Data intelligence: Mine, clean, and interpret real client datasets - then turn them into insights that reach the boardroom.
• Market research & strategy: Conduct global market research and write reports that clients act on, not just file away.
• Digital solutions development: Build processes, repair old legacy, create data dashboards and much more, all really hands-on daily growth of our clients and at the same time you grow massively as well. 
• End-to-end ownership: Own the full business cycle - from initial clients scalability diagnostics to full deployment of critical strategic processes and tools - with support from senior team members.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Analytical mindset: You love data, but you love the story behind it more. You dig until you understand.
• Intellectual courage: You're willing to question assumptions, double-check sources, and propose better approaches - even when it challenges the status quo.
• Fast learner: New tools and constant changes don't scare you. You learn by doing and apply it fast.
• AI-native: You use GenAI tools to solve real problems - not just to write emails. You want to be an AI agentic pro or already onboarded to that role.
• Academic background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or a recent graduate) in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or Management.

THE DETAILS

• Type - Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (30 hrs/week)
• Location - 100% remote - work from anywhere
• Duration - 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension or full-time offer
• Start - ASAP or flexible by agreement
• Compensation - Scholarship. We actively support Erasmus+ and university scholarship applications (we handle the paperwork from our side super smoothly).
