Internship - M&A Analyst

You will report to the Head of M&A.You will primarily be responsible for:Conducting comprehensive company and industry-level researchMonitoring sectors and screening for potential acquisition targetsPreparing investment memos and presentations for senior management, the Board and strategic committeesDeveloping, maintaining and updating financial modelsPerforming valuation analyses using methodologies (DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions) to assess potential acquisition opportunitiesSupporting the organisation and coordination of due diligence processes and post-closing integration activitiesYour profile:Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentialsPrior successful internship experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy ConsultingFluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plusJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation — and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
