Associate Marketing Director role at Veracyte focused on developing and executing regional marketing strategy for oncology in vitro diagnostics across EMEA markets. This position bridges global strategy with regional execution, driving product adoption, market leadership, and localization of marketing initiatives across multiple European countries.
Responsibilities
- Define and own regional IVD marketing strategy by product, segment, and geography across EMEA
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives including qualitative and quantitative research and competitive intelligence
- Provide product development input ensuring alignment between product evolution and market needs
- Execute multi-channel regional campaigns in coordination with global communications teams
- Oversee content governance including compliance, scientific accuracy, and IVD/IVDR standards adherence
Requirements
- Commercial marketing experience in diagnostics or life sciences sector
- Regional marketing strategy development and execution expertise
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of IVD/IVDR regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Voice of Customer research and market intelligence capabilities
- Fluency in English; regional language proficiency preferred
