Architecture & Standards Define a scalable approach to frontend state management across the application Establish frontend coding standards and development patterns for the team Set clear boundaries between UI components, business logic, state, and data fetching Lead technical decisions on frontend architecture and explain the trade-offs behind them Build & Improve Improve maintainability, testability, and performance of the frontend codebase Build reusable components that raise consistency across the product Contribute to backend services and APIs when the work calls for it Design Systems & Collaboration Drive adoption of the design system across product surfaces Turn Figma designs into production-ready experiences with designers Explore AI-assisted workflows that speed up design-to-implementation handoff Team Impact Review code to raise the frontend bar across the team Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices

Требования

Experience defining or significantly improving the architecture of an existing frontend codebase Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally React Practical experience solving state-management problems at scale, spanning local, shared, server, and URL state Experience building, integrating, or maintaining a design system Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, data models, and backend architecture A track record of introducing standards or patterns that other engineers adopted Experience with AI-assisted development or design-to-code tools Experience modernizing a legacy or fast-growing frontend codebase Experience integrating Figma or a similar design tool into the development workflow Experience in a fast-moving product or startup environment

The pay range for this role is €99,000 - €133,000. We will support relocation to Paris for great candidates. At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast.
