Main responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the franchise transformational ambition

• Take part in the imp lementation of the portfolio simplification roadmap

• Contribute to the development and follow-up of global marketing projects with other services such as regulatory or manufacturing & supply

• Support product governance activities and monitoring to ensure that all files and documents are correctly manager

• Help facilitate communication and alignement between global and local teams on strategic goals as well as organize and coordinate internal events, teams meetings or workshops.

About you

• Soft and technical skills : organization, analytical thinking, autonomy. Knowledge of project management and AGILE method

• Education : bac+5 in pharmacy, health marketing or medical management

• Languages : english fluent

Principales responsabilités :

• Soutenir la mise en œuvre de l’ambition de transformation de la franchise.
• Participer à l’exécution de la feuille de route de simplification du portefeuille.
• Contribuer au développement et au suivi des projets marketing globaux avec d’autres services tels que la réglementation ou la production & supply.
• Prendre part aux activités de gouvernance produit et le suivi afin de garantir que tous les dossiers et documents soient correctement gérés.
• Aider dans la communication et l’alignement entre les équipes globales et locales sur les objectifs stratégiques, ainsi qu’organiser et coordonner des événements internes, réunions d’équipe ou ateliers.

À propos de toi

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : organisation, esprit analytique, autonomie. Connaissance de la gestion de projet et de la méthode AGILE.
• Éducation : Bac+5 en pharmacie, marketing de la santé ou management médical
• Langues : anglais courant
