YOUR ROLE

The Digital Customer Engagement department leads the strategic digital programs that enhance customer experience through top-of-the-class CRM features, AI empowerment, and Omnichannel solutions.
In a context of fast-moving technological innovations and high-velocity business expansion, the Business Product Owner contributes to preparing the Group for tomorrow's opportunities and challenges.
Within this framework, you will operate in direct contact with the Transformation Department and Digital Factory Leaders, as well as key Third-Party partners.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

A. Strategic Alignment & Value Delivery
Secure the value and global consistency of the different features, delivered in time and within budget.

B. Stakeholder & Team Management
Act as the main point of contact for the Business Transformation department.

Ensure domain and people management (hierarchical: product / functional: project contribution).

C. Roadmap & Planning
Create, maintain, and deliver the Domain roadmap aligned with CPO & sponsors.

Plan execution efficiently through quarterly increment planning and agile methodology.

D. Backlog & Organization Optimization
Manage the global backlog, secure new initiatives assignments, and run organization optimization.

Monitor quality indicators (including backlog readiness, predictability, incidents) for success.

E. Team Transformation & Support
Support the team's transformation and scale-up for the future.

Take direct ownership of features and products to overcome roadblocks and peak periods.

F. Reporting & Communication
Provide clear and structured weekly reporting on progress and successes, document risks and arbitration.

Ensure proper transition with the deployment team and communication to the regional network.

Overview relationship with technical teams and optimization of capacity usage.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar strategic product management role.
• Strong strategic and product mindset: aligns product vision with business goals, focuses on value and measurable outcomes, customer and employee experience centric.
• Leadership and people skills: inspires, coaches, manages conflict, and builds a high-performing, autonomous team.
• Stakeholder and communication expertise: influences without authority, manages expectations, and communicates clearly at all levels.
• Change and transformation capability: manages resistance, drives adoption of new ways of working, stays resilient in ambiguity.
• Delivery excellence: strong project management and agile skills, product ownership experience with the ability to manage risks/dependencies, and use data to guide decisions.
• Fluent in French and English.
