The Role : As part of the Tax team, you will work on a variety of Luxembourg and international tax matters, including: Advising corporate clients, investment structures and international groups on Luxembourg tax matters; Supporting clients on tax structuring, reorganisations and transactional matters; Assisting on M&A, private equity and investment-related tax issues; Preparing tax analyses, memoranda and legal opinions; Working closely with experienced Partners and colleagues on complex matters; Developing your expertise through exposure to sophisticated files and continuous learning. Your Profile : Admitted to List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar; Approximately 4+ years of experience in Luxembourg Tax Law (more experienced profiles are also welcome); Experience gained within a Luxembourg law firm or recognised tax practice; Strong interest in developing further as a Tax lawyer; Excellent analytical and drafting skills; Fluent in French and English; A collaborative mindset and the ambition to grow within a supportive environment.
