Scrum Master / Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support an active team in the CRM domain. In this role, you will act as both Scrum Master and Delivery Lead, ensuring the effective application of Agile principles while enabling the squad to deliver sustainable business value in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end delivery management: Oversee the infrastructure and tooling supporting bank-wide marketing communications and CRM activities.

• Operational excellence: Maintain and continuously improve the stability of the asset portfolio, including incident follow-up and issue resolution.

• Cloud and innovation leadership: Support the lifecycle of cloud-native applications and contribute to the integration of AI-driven features into existing marketing tools.

• Agile governance: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help streamline delivery processes for a high-performing team operating in a fast-moving environment.

Stakeholder and Team Leadership :

• Conflict resolution and mentoring: Act as the bridge between the development team and a diverse set of business analyst profiles, with the confidence to work in an environment with strong personalities.

• Knowledge integration: Break down functional silos by encouraging knowledge sharing, coaching newer team members, and supporting transitions involving long-tenured experts.

• Business-IT alignment: Translate complex technical roadmaps related to cloud, MDM, and infrastructure into clear business value for stakeholders in Marketing and Regulatory departments.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Support the Product Owner in the management and prioritisation of the Product Backlog.

• Assist the team in delivering against the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and sprint objectives.

• Track team capacity and velocity metrics to support planning and progress transparency.

• Coach and challenge the squad to continuously improve its ways of working.

• Help the squad overcome difficulties and promote its gradual self-organisation.

• Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions.

• Act as an ambassador for Agile ways of working within the department and the wider bank, including communities of practice and guilds.

• Ensure effective risk and issue management across the squad's activities.

Work Arrangement

• Travel: Not applicable.

• 50% on site and 50% remote .

Agile Environment :

Agile teams are cross-functional, with all required disciplines represented within the team, including analysis, development, and testing. Although each team member has a primary area of expertise, everyone is expected to contribute across disciplines whenever needed to achieve the sprint goal.

Language Requirements :

• Dutch: Considered a strong asset.

• French: Considered a strong asset.

• English : Sound knowledge of English, together with at least one local language (mandatory).

Experience and Requirements :

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience .

• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments is required .

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders is required .
