- Développer et piloter un territoire d'entreprise à haute valeur ajoutée.
- Gérer des cycles de vente complexes de plusieurs millions de dollars avec des dirigeants de haut niveau (C-Level).
- Définir et exécuter la stratégie Go-to-Market (GTM) pour votre secteur.
- Transformer la manière dont les entreprises exploitent la gestion d'API, les plateformes d'intégration et la connectivité des données.
- Identifier, qualifier et conclure proactivement un pipeline de ventes solide, avec un accent sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients (New Business).
- Mener une prospection stratégique auprès des CTO/CIO, des directeurs ingénierie/IT et des cadres dirigeants métiers.
- Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies de comptes globales pour pénétrer plusieurs unités opérationnelles.
- Bâtir et maintenir des relations durables au niveau C-Level pour générer des opportunités d'expansion à long terme.
- Diriger l'analyse des zones inexploitées (white space) et les stratégies de développement (land-and-expand) au sein des comptes assignés.
- Élaborer des analyses de rentabilité (Business Cases) percutantes articulant clairement le ROI face aux défis d'intégration et de connectivité.
- Collaborer avec les architectes/ingénieurs solutions (Avant-vente) et en synergie étroite avec l'équipe Services Professionnels.
- Travailler avec l'écosystème de partenaires et de canaux pour maximiser la taille et la portée des contrats.
- Produire des prévisions de ventes précises et des rapports d'activité réguliers pour la direction.
- Participer activement aux programmes d'aide à la vente (Sales Enablement), aux formations avancées et au développement du leadership.
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la vente de logiciels B2B pour grands comptes, dans un marché concurrentiel et rapide.
- Succès avéré dans le dépassement des objectifs de vente sur des cycles complexes et à enjeux élevés.
- Expertise démontrée dans l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et le développement de territoires vierges (Greenfield).
- Expérience dans la gestion de transactions larges et complexes (ACV de 500k$+, avec exposition à des opportunités de 1M$+).
- Solide compréhension de la gestion d'API, des plateformes d'intégration, du middleware et des solutions de connectivité de données.
- Capacité à articuler la valeur métier de technologies complexes auprès d'audiences techniques et exécutives.
- Aptitude confirmée à identifier et mobiliser des "champions" techniques et business au sein d'organisations matricielles.
- Approche de vente consultative fondée sur le succès client et l'intégrité.
- Esprit d'équipe collaboratif avec une mentalité "priorité à l'entreprise".
- Capacité à gérer des cycles de vente multi-parties prenantes couvrant plusieurs divisions.
- Formation préalable aux méthodologies de vente (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- Maîtrise de la vente informatique complexe impliquant de multiples décideurs dans des organisations mondiales.
- Compréhension des concepts d'architecture d'entreprise, de transformation numérique et des modèles d'intégration cloud/hybride.
- Expérience préalable avec MuleSoft, Informatica ou des plateformes similaires de gestion de données.
- Expérience en architecture de solutions techniques ou en conseil en management dans un secteur pertinent.
- Expérience dans l'adoption de technologies émergentes et les initiatives de transformation portées par l'IA.
- Licence ou Master en commerce, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Un MBA est un atout.

- Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for your sector
- Transform how enterprises leverage API management, integration platforms, and data connectivity
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline with focus on New Business acquisition
- Conduct strategic prospecting with CTO/CIO, Engineering/IT Leaders, and senior business executives
- Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate multiple business units
- Build and sustain strong, lasting C-level relationships that generate long-term expansion opportunities
- Lead white space analysis and land-and-expand strategies within assigned accounts
- Develop compelling business cases that clearly articulate ROI for enterprise integration and data connectivity challenges
- Partner with Solution Architects/Engineers (Pre-sales) and work in close synergy with Professional Services team
- Collaborate with ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal size and scope
- Forecast accurately and deliver regular business updates to leadership
- Actively participate in Sales Enablement programs, advanced sales training, and leadership development initiatives
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience in fast-paced, competitive market
- Proven track record of exceeding quota targets in complex, high-stakes software sales roles
- Demonstrated expertise in New Business acquisition and Greenfield territory development
- Experience managing large, complex deals ($500K+ ACV, with exposure to $1M+ opportunities)
- Strong understanding of API management, integration platforms, middleware, and data connectivity solutions
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology to both technical and executive audiences
- Proven skill in building business and technical champions within large, matrixed organizations
- Consultative sales approach grounded in customer success and integrity
- Collaborative team spirit with "company-first" mentality
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning multiple business units
- Previous sales methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with complex IT selling involving multiple stakeholders across global organizations
- Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, digital transformation, and cloud/hybrid integration patterns
- Previous experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar integration and data management platforms
- Background in technical solution architecture or management consulting in relevant sector
- Experience with emerging technology adoption and AI-led transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA is a plus
