Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Job Description•Collaborate closely with the offshore engineering team, ensuring clear technical communication, timely guidance, and smooth execution of deliverables.•Manage discussions with French Technical Coordinators.•Lead and support the structural design and development of primary aerospace components such as Frame/Beam/Skin/Stringer etc.. and secondary components such as loaded & unloaded brackets/clips/fittings etc.. in accordance with Airbus processes, methods, and standards.•Solid understanding of aerospace design principles, airworthiness constraints, and manufacturing processes.•Review and validate design outputs such as 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bill Of Material to ensure compliance with project requirements.•Provide technical expertise on structures, materials, stress sizing, manufacturing considerations, and certification constraints.•Providing support to other general design activities, e.g. Process improvements, cost reduction etc.•Drive issue resolution by interfacing with cross functional teams (stress, manufacturing, quality, configuration management, etc.).•Ensure adherence to Airbus DMU, PLM, and configuration control processes.•Prepare and deliver design reviews (Maturity phases, PDR, CDR, DFM).•Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.•Support digital continuity initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and communication processes.Qualifications & Experience•Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.•Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.•Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to design (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS, etc..).•Experience of using Airbus Supply (DocMaster, Airnavx etc.).•Airbus Design Signatory experience (Checker/approver).•Valid Airbus training certificates in VPM and PASS SSI.•Experience in DMU reviews, Interface Point Management and multi partner environments.•Knowledge of DQN and RDR.•Bi-lingual (French and English).•BE / BTECH/MTECH/MS or equivalent degree (Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering)•5-10 years of hands on experience in aerospace structural stress and concession analysis.•Proven experience working on Airbus aircraft programs (A320, A330, A350, A380, etc.).Tools:CATIAv5, SAP (PAC / PEA), PASS, Zamiz, PRIMES, GEMAVICC, GILDA, COLINA, TREND, VPM, AIRNavOverviewInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
