Senior Commercial Compliance Executive position at Johnson & Johnson MedTech in France, managing day-to-day compliance operations, event declarations, training coordination, and administrative processes for healthcare professional interactions.
Responsibilities
- Process compliance requests and administer associated administrative workflows per standard operating procedures
- Lead privacy management for mailbox communications and customer replies
- Manage healthcare professional event declarations to regulatory bodies and track supporting documentation
- Oversee event data entry into EMT system, validate attendee lists, and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate compliance training programs, maintain attendance records, and monitor training effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong administrative support and office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Knowledge of compliance processes and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and process-oriented with attention to detail
- Experience with data capture and record-keeping systems
Compensation: €36,700–€58,995 base annually
