Project Management & Fund Operations Specialist

You will join the US Fund Management & Operations team, a team of 6 professionals, and play a key role in the launch of a semi-liquid evergreen private debt fund of funds.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic fund launch while supporting the day-to-day management and operations of the fund.

Responsibilities:

Fund Launch / Project Management

You will act as a Project Management & Operations Specialist for the launch of the fund. In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the definition and implementation of the operating model with US distributors;
• Setting up the fund finance and controlling function in conjunction with external providers;
• Setting up the fund performance monitoring and reporting framework;
• Setting up the fund cash management procedures.

Ongoing Fund Management & Operations

As part of your role, you will also contribute to the management of the fund and its daily operations, including:

Performance Monitoring

• Calculating and controlling asset- and fund-level NAV in coordination with the investment team and service providers;
• Contributing to investor reporting;
• Supporting fund performance modeling and budget monitoring;
• Performing ad hoc analyses at the request of management or investors;
• Monitoring investments, including drawdowns, distributions, interest payments, and repayments.

Transactions

• Participating in the execution of transactions;
• Coordinating subscriptions and redemptions;
• Monitoring cash flows and investment capacity.

Operations

• Supporting the selection of, and overseeing relationships with, service providers;
• Coordinating accounting and payment processes;
• Proactively improving tools and processes, including automation where relevant.

Profile:

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in asset management fund operations or a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong knowledge of financial products;

· Prior experience in fund operations, fund management, or a related environment;

· Knowledge of eFront would be a plus;

· Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI is a plus;

· Familiarity with AI tools / prompt-based tools would be appreciated;

· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, rigor, autonomy, and a proactive mindset;

· The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growing environment;

· Fluent English.

Contract Terms

This is a 6-month fixed-term position. The contract may be renewed depending on business needs and performance. Any renewal decision would be assessed approximately 2 months before the end of the contract.
