Job Description As part of the continued build-out of our Treasury function in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Treasury Manager to play an active role in the implementation and execution of treasury activities, including liquidity management, cash management, treasury trading, risk monitoring, and process development. This role will contribute to establishing robust treasury processes, controls, and operating procedures within a regulated banking environment. We are looking for a Treasury Manager (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Luxembourg – flexible working conditions are available Your responsibilities: Participate in the implementation and continuous enhancement of Treasury processes, controls, and operating procedures. Establish and maintain treasury workflows covering liquidity management, treasury trading, hedging activities, and cash management. Manage daily liquidity positions and cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity levels. Monitor, manage, and optimise nostro account balances and related cash flows. Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term liquidity forecasts. Execute treasury transactions, including money market placements, FX transactions, hedging transactions, and securities trades. Monitor and analyse liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty, and concentration risks arising from treasury activities. Calculate and monitor liquidity and risk metrics, including LCR, NSFR, liquidity gaps, and other treasury-related indicators. Ensure treasury activities are performed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Qualifications Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Financial Markets, or a comparable role within a regulated financial institution. Hands-on experience in cash management, liquidity monitoring, money market transactions, FX operations, securities trades, and nostro account management. Experience in calculating, monitoring, and analysing liquidity and risk metrics, including LCR, NSFR, liquidity gaps, and treasury-related risk indicators. Familiarity with CSSF requirements and applicable European regulatory frameworks affecting treasury activities. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with Finance, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
