Join Our Team as a Customer Service and Administrative Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our after-sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional reception for both in-person and phone inquiries.
- Handle billing and payment processing for clients in the mechanical and bodywork workshop.
- Engage in commercial activities, including follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand image.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, appointment management, filing, and data tracking.
About You:
- You are autonomous and excel at managing priorities with a keen sense of organization.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are known for your attentive listening and discretion.
- You demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and responsiveness in your work.
- You are proficient in essential computer tools (Word, Excel).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
