Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team in their daily activities.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure the continuity, quality, and safety of care provided.
• Assist professionals in managing their workload and addressing daily challenges.
• Contribute to scheduling and aligning staffing with unit requirements.
• Participate in patient care coordination from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team, multidisciplinary professionals, and other units.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Support the onboarding and supervision of new staff and students.
• Implement institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Certification in healthcare management or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team.
• Background in psychiatry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to support professionals and handle sensitive or conflictual situations.
• Proficient in standard computer applications.

Working Conditions

• Contract: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Work location: Lyon.
• Weekly hours: 38 hours, with 18 additional days off per year.
