Contexte
Nous accompagnons une scale-up en très forte croissance, avec un environnement tech dynamique, exigeant et orienté produit.
Dans le cadre de la structuration et de la scalabilité de son infrastructure, l’entreprise recherche un DevOps AWS senior capable d’intervenir sur des sujets cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, sécurité et conformité.
L’expérience en scale-up / startup en forte croissance est obligatoire : le profil doit être habitué à des environnements rapides, mouvants, avec une forte exigence d’autonomie et d’impact.
Objectif de la mission
Renforcer l’équipe DevOps / Cloud sur l’évolution, la sécurisation et l’industrialisation de l’infrastructure AWS.
Le consultant interviendra sur l’architecture cloud, l’automatisation des déploiements, la fiabilisation des environnements, la sécurité et l’amélioration continue des pratiques DevOps.
Responsabilités
Concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer l’infrastructure AWS.
Déployer et gérer l’infrastructure as code avec Terraform.
Travailler sur des environnements Kubernetes et des pratiques GitOps avec ArgoCD.
Mettre en place ou améliorer des environnements éphémères pour accélérer les tests QA.
Fiabiliser les pipelines CI/CD avec GitHub Actions.
Optimiser les temps d’exécution des tests automatisés et des déploiements.
Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des environnements de production.
Identifier et corriger les vulnérabilités cloud AWS.
Participer aux sujets de gouvernance, sécurité et conformité cloud.
Contribuer aux démarches SOC 2, ISO 27001 ou équivalent.
Structurer une organisation AWS multi-account : Control Tower, IAM, AWS Identity Center, budgets.
Stack technique
AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Docker, GitHub Actions, MongoDB, IAM, Control Tower, AWS Identity Center.
Profil recherché
DevOps / Cloud Engineer senior.
Expérience significative sur AWS en production.
Très bonne maîtrise de Terraform.
Solide expérience Kubernetes.
Bonne connaissance des pipelines CI/CD.
Expérience sur des sujets sécurité cloud.
Capacité à intervenir sur des environnements de production critiques.
Expérience obligatoire en scale-up ou startup en forte croissance.
Profil autonome, pragmatique, hands-on et orienté delivery.
