As part of the continued development of our activities,  Hexagone Aviation Consulting Partners  is strengthening its consulting team and is looking for an aviation professional with solid experience in  regulatory compliance, auditing and management systems .

YOUR ROLE

You will work directly with our clients to assess their organisations, identify regulatory gaps and support them in achieving and maintaining compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• conducting  internal audits, regulatory gap analyses and compliance audits ;
• assessing organisations against applicable regulatory requirements;
• preparing clients for  competent authority audits and inspections ;
• analysing findings and supporting the implementation of  corrective action plans ;
• developing, implementing and improving  Compliance Monitoring Systems ;
• contributing to the development and continuous improvement of  Safety Management Systems (SMS) ;
• drafting and reviewing  manuals, procedures and regulatory documentation ;
• supporting  certification, approval changes and approval extension projects ;
• monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on client organisations.

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an aviation professional with hands-on experience in  compliance, quality, safety or auditing within a regulated aviation organisation .

You may currently hold, or have previously held, a position such as:

• Compliance Monitoring Manager;
• Quality Manager;
• Safety Manager;
• Aviation Auditor;
• Compliance or Quality Specialist;
• or another comparable regulatory or management system role.

You have a strong understanding of  EASA Management Systems requirements  and practical experience in auditing, findings management, corrective actions and regulatory documentation.

In-depth knowledge of at least one regulatory environment such as  Air Operations / AOC or Ground Operations  is expected.

Experience in additional regulated aviation environments will be considered an advantage.

• ability to draft clear and operational procedures and documentation;
• ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical and workable solutions;
• autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail;
• confidence when working with operational teams and competent authorities;
• excellent written communication skills;
• professional working proficiency in English.

EXPERIENCE

Significant professional experience within an  airline, ATO, aircraft operator or other regulated aviation organisation  is expected.

Previous consulting experience is not essential. We place greater value on  genuine operational experience in aviation compliance and management systems .
